Overthinking-A Parasite

You are reading this, so I don’t need to tell you how big the problem is, how worst the situation is or how disturbed your mind is!
Let’s sort things! Make them clear! Give them a wider view!
Overthinking is mainly due to two reasons.
Firstly, when something is happening wrong and your instincts are telling you this time and again.
But you aren’t able to act against it and this makes you feel more stressful and you think about it over and over again i.e overthinking.
So, you need to trust your instincts, get to the root of the problem and clear it out! This requires a lot of courage as you may lose toxic people or things you don’t want to loose!
Secondly, when something wrong has already happened in past and you still sit in fear.
So go back in the past, recall the incident, what mistakes you made, what lessons you learned!
You’ve been through that shit. So now you know the symptoms as well as the cure.
Wake up!
If anything is costing you your mental health, you don’t need it anymore.
Your mental health is your priority.🌟
