DO THE HARD THINGS

You know as human beings, we’re so afraid of discomfort, even temporary discomfort. We’re so afraid of challenges. We’re so afraid of anything ‘hard’. But we can do hard things. Our bodies, our minds, our spirits … we are designed to do hard things. We are designed to handle both emotional and physical discomfort.

In the hard times of Covid-19, you have survived all sorts of discomforts. Lockdown for months sounds so harsh and then work from home even more but you did it !! And it’s okay when you do these hard things, the process isn’t graceful. It’s okay that you’re sweating and shaking. It’s okay that you’re stumbling and it’s okay to ask for help.

And you never know, doing the hard stuff – whatever that is for you – you can feel incredible, meaningful, important, satisfying, Life-altering and even joyful. Doing the hard stuff gives us the gift of learning process. It teaches us about ourselves and prepares us to deal with life’s difficulties, challenges and adversity that will inevitably arise. It reminds us that we’re strong and capable of doing the hard things. Maybe you didn’t realise it, but that’s exactly what you’ve done so many times before.

  1. It’s OK. You need to add some more content (speacially something that happened to you in your personal life, blog your personal thoughts)
    This would generate enthusiasm in public in impressive amounts, Ultimately leading to more readers 😊
